If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform. Please read these Terms carefully before using Rustprofit.
1. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use Rustprofit. By creating an account or using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction.
Rustprofit reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If we determine or reasonably suspect that you are under the minimum required age, your account will be immediately suspended, any pending transactions will be voided, and your deposited skins will be returned where possible.
We do not knowingly allow access to users in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of Rustprofit complies with the laws applicable in your location. Rustprofit may perform identity and age verification checks (KYC) at its discretion, including but not limited to when large deposits or withdrawals are made, or when suspicious activity is detected.
2. Account Registration and Security
To use Rustprofit, you must register an account by logging in through your Steam account. You may only operate one account on Rustprofit. The use of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account and any credentials used to access Rustprofit. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials. You must ensure that your Steam trade URL is accurate and up to date at all times. Rustprofit is not responsible for winnings or withdrawals sent to an incorrect or outdated trade URL.
You agree not to share your account with any other person or allow any other person to access your account on your behalf. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
3. Trades, Transactions, and Game Outcomes
All deposits on Rustprofit are made by submitting Rust skins via Steam trade offers. By initiating a deposit, you authorise Rustprofit to generate a trade offer on your behalf. Once you accept the trade offer through Steam, the transaction is considered final.
All game outcomes on Rustprofit are determined by our provably fair system, which is powered by the EOS blockchain. Outcomes are generated using publicly verifiable on-chain data and cannot be manipulated by Rustprofit or any third party. Once a game round has concluded, the result is final. Rustprofit will not reverse, modify, or replay any game outcome except in the case of a verified system malfunction.
Winnings are delivered to users via Steam trade offers. You must accept the trade offer within the allotted time. Rustprofit is not responsible for winnings that expire due to failure to accept a trade offer in a timely manner. In the event of a system error, bug, or technical malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, Rustprofit reserves the right to void the affected round and return all deposited skins to the participating users.
Rustprofit does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Revenue is generated solely through the house edge built into our game modes. All skin valuations on Rustprofit are determined by our internal pricing system. Prices may differ from those listed on the Steam Community Market or third-party pricing services. By using our platform, you accept our valuations as the basis for all transactions and game calculations.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Rustprofit for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Using any form of automation, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any funds obtained through exploitation may be confiscated.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
- Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of Rustprofit's systems, servers, or infrastructure.
- Depositing skins obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to stolen accounts, chargebacks, or credit card fraud.
- Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Rustprofit staff.
Rustprofit reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these Terms and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension, fund confiscation (where obtained through prohibited conduct), and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Provably Fair System
Rustprofit operates a provably fair gaming system powered by the EOS blockchain. This system ensures that all game outcomes are generated transparently and cannot be predicted or manipulated by Rustprofit or any user.
Before each game round, a cryptographic hash of the outcome seed is published. After the round concludes, the original seed is revealed so that users may independently verify the fairness of the result. Verification tools are available on the Rustprofit website. Users are encouraged to verify any round at any time.

6. User Data, Privacy, and Steam Information
When you log in to Rustprofit via Steam, we receive certain information from your Steam account, including your Steam ID, display name, avatar, and public profile information. We use this information solely for the purposes of operating the platform and providing our services. Rustprofit does not receive or store your Steam password. Authentication is handled entirely through Steam's OpenID system.
We may collect additional data such as your IP address, browser information, and usage patterns for security, fraud prevention, and analytical purposes. If a KYC check is required, you may be asked to submit identity documents such as government-issued ID and proof of address. These documents are collected and stored solely for compliance and verification purposes and will not be sold, shared, or used for any purpose beyond what is described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your personal data and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard the data we hold. 7. Limitation of Liability
Rustprofit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rustprofit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of skins, loss of profits, or loss of data.
Rustprofit is not responsible for any losses arising from Steam trade holds, trade bans, Steam outages, or any other action or inaction by Valve Corporation or the Steam platform. Rustprofit is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Steam account or trade URL. In the event of a verified system error that results in a loss of user funds, our total liability shall be limited to the fair market value of the skins directly affected by the error, as determined by our internal pricing system.
8. Disclaimers
Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the skins you deposit on Rustprofit. You agree to gamble responsibly and only with skins you can afford to lose. Rustprofit does not guarantee any particular outcome in any game. Past results do not indicate or predict future outcomes.
Rustprofit is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Valve Corporation or Steam. All trademarks related to Valve, Steam, and Rust are the property of their respective owners. Rustprofit does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Rustprofit — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, and underlying code — is the property of Rustprofit or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any content on Rustprofit without our prior written consent.
The Rustprofit name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Rustprofit. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any user-generated content submitted to or through the platform (such as chat messages or profile information) remains your property, but by submitting it you grant Rustprofit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce such content in connection with operating the platform.
10. Suspension and Termination
Rustprofit reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal or regulatory requirements. If your account is suspended or terminated, you will be permitted to withdraw any remaining balance that was not obtained through prohibited conduct. Funds obtained through exploitation of bugs, system errors, or any other form of prohibited conduct may be confiscated at Rustprofit's discretion.
You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Before closure, you should withdraw any remaining skins or balance. Upon termination, your right to access and use Rustprofit ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disclaimers — shall remain in full effect.
11. Responsible Gambling
Rustprofit is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We encourage all users to gamble within their means and to treat the platform as entertainment, not as a source of income. Self-exclusion tools are available through your profile settings. You may lock your account for a set period.
