Support

How can we help?

Something not working? You're in the right place. If you're new and just trying to figure out how the platform works, check out our How To Play page first.

Deposits

Why can't I see my skins?
Your Steam inventory needs to be set to public. Go to your Steam profile → Edit Profile → Privacy Settings → set Inventory to Public. If it's already public and your skins still aren't showing, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.
What skins can I deposit?
Only Rust skins. CS2, TF2, Dota 2, and other games are not supported.
Is there a minimum deposit?
Yes — skins below a certain value threshold may not be eligible. The minimum will be shown on the deposit page.

Gift Cards

How do gift cards work?
If you don't have Rust skins, you can purchase a Rustprofit gift card and redeem it on the platform. Once redeemed, you can use your balance to acquire skins from our marketplace and start playing.
Where can I buy gift cards?
Gift cards are available through our website. Check the "Gift Cards" section for current availability and denominations.

Withdrawals

I didn't receive my trade offer.
Run through this checklist before contacting support:
  • Your Steam trade URL on your Rustprofit profile is correct and hasn't expired.
  • Your Steam inventory is set to public.
  • Your account doesn't have an active trade hold or trade ban.
  • Steam Mobile Authenticator has been active on your account for at least 15 days.
If all of that checks out and the offer still hasn't arrived, contact our support team and we'll look into it.

Trade Holds

Why is my skin showing a trade hold?
Skins bought from the Steam Community Market or received via in-game purchases are subject to a 7-day trade hold imposed by Steam. This applies to every platform — there's no way around it. You'll need to wait until the hold expires before you can deposit. To check when a skin becomes tradeable, click on it in your Steam inventory and look for a "Tradable After" date.
My trades are being held for 15 days.
This happens when Steam Mobile Authenticator hasn't been active on your account for 15 days yet. Until that period is up, all outgoing trades are held. There's nothing we can do to speed this up — it's a Steam restriction. Once the 15 days are through, your trades will go through instantly.

Provably Fair

I think a round result was wrong.
Every round on Rustprofit can be independently verified. Go to the game history or provably fair page, find the round in question, and use the verification tool to check the result against the seed. If you've done that and something still looks off, contact us immediately at [email protected] with the round details. We take every report seriously.

Scam Awareness

Rustprofit staff will never contact you first.
Nobody from our team will ever message you on Discord, Steam, or anywhere else unless you reached out to us first. If someone claims to be from Rustprofit and contacts you unsolicited — asking for your login, your skins, your trade URL, anything — it's a scam. Block them and report the account.
Common scams to watch for:
  • Someone posing as Rustprofit staff asking you to "verify" your account by sending skins.
  • Fake Rustprofit websites with slightly different URLs designed to steal your login.
  • Discord messages claiming you've won a prize and need to claim it.
  • Requests to log in through unofficial links.
Only ever access Rustprofit through Rustprofit.com. If in doubt, open a support ticket through the official website.

Account Issues

I can't log in.
Rustprofit uses Steam login. If you're having trouble:
  • Make sure you can log in to Steam normally at steampowered.com.
  • Check that your browser is accepting cookies and not blocking pop-ups.
  • Try disabling any browser extensions that might be interfering.
Clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser also fixes this in most cases. If none of that works, contact support.
How do I update my trade URL?
  1. Go to your Steam inventory page.
  2. Click "Trade Offers" → "Who can send me Trade Offers?"
  3. Copy the trade URL at the bottom of the page.
  4. Paste it into the trade URL field on your Rustprofit profile.
Keep it up to date. An incorrect or expired trade URL means we can't send you your winnings.

Responsible Gambling

I want to take a break.
You can self-lock your account directly from your profile settings. Pick a time period and it's done — support cannot remove or shorten it once it's applied. If you need a longer or permanent lock, contact us at [email protected].

Bug Reports & Lost Funds

I lost skins because of a bug.
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with as much detail as you can — game mode, approximate time, and which skins were involved. We investigate every report and will issue a refund if the error was on our end. Screenshots and timestamps help a lot.

Contact Support

If your issue isn't covered here, reach out through our official support channel on the Rustprofit website. Remember — we will never contact you first. All support starts with you.
